Banana JamuChai Smoothie

This healthy and guilt-free smoothie gets super creamy with frozen bananas (prepare a few hours in advance to freeze).

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups nonfat yogurt (or 2 cups of non-dairy milk alternative)
  • 2 tsp JamuSehati Awake
  • Pinch of cinnamon to dust

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine bananas, yogurt (or alternative), and JamuSehati Awake. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into a cup, add cinnamon dusting, serve while cold.
